These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern SMS communications sent by Coss Communications (sole proprietor Charley Coss, EIN 38-2418189, 9208 Vanderbilt Avenue, Portage, MI 49024) on the following telephone lines:

• (313) 539-8970— Kathleen Coss personal
• (313) 379-9945— RNC field operations

Consent to receive messages

By providing your mobile phone number to Coss Communications — in person, by phone, by email, or through a sign-up form for poll-worker recruitment, election-integrity volunteer intake, county-party contact exchange, or similar one-to-one outreach — you consent to receive text messages from the lines listed above. Consent is also established when you text one of the lines above first.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. These lines are used for personal, civic, and constituent communications, not bulk marketing. You should not expect more than a small number of messages in any given week, and many recipients will hear from us only when there is something to coordinate.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Coss Communications does not charge for messages; charges come from your mobile carrier under the terms of your wireless plan.

Opt-out

You can stop messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. We will record the opt-out, send a one-time confirmation, and send no further messages from that line.
• Visiting charleycoss.com/preferences and managing your preferences per line and per channel.
• Emailing charley.coss@cosscomm.com.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message and you will receive a reply with contact information and unsubscribe instructions. You can also email charley.coss@cosscomm.com.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information (including phone numbers and opt-in status) is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

If these Terms change, the updated version will be posted at this URL (https://charleycoss.com/terms) with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
